Bug fixes come free of charge. Minor version updates (i.e. from 1.0 version to 1.x) are free. Major version upgrades (i.e. from 1.x version to 2.x) are discounted. If a new version is released within six months from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a new version at zero cost. For upgrade pricing in other cases, please contact us. We reserve the right to update Upgrade Policy at any time without notice to you. However you are always entitled to the Upgrade Policy in place at the time of your purchase or any later revision of the Upgrade Policy.
Refund Policy
We provide 30-day money back guarantee, but since a fully functional trial version is available for evaluation, a reason for moneyback must be distinct. Before requesting your money back, please describe your concerns to us.
